Harmful foliar diseases like tar spot, Southern rust, and frogeye leaf spot can wreak havoc on fields, threatening plant health and reducing yield potential. Growers need innovative solutions to manage these seasonal threats effectively. New Forcivo™ fungicide offers three overlapping modes of action to protect crops from a broad spectrum of foliar diseases.
“Forcivo fungicide gives growers a powerful disease management tool that bolsters plant health, pushes yield potential, and manages disease resistance,” says Mike Eiberger, Corteva Agriscience U.S. marketing leader. “With the help of Forcivo fungicide, growers will be able to maximize their return on investment (ROI) and deliver higher yield potential.”
Forcivo fungicide offers broad-spectrum control for growers managing multiple crops and recurring disease pressure. Additionally, farmers can apply Forcivo fungicide to corn, soybeans, wheat, barley, sorghum, and triticale.
Forcivo fungicide features three modes of action from FRAC Groups 3, 7, and 11 to protect against destructive foliar diseases. This multi-site activity improves disease control and helps reduce resistance risk. Delivered in a convenient premix, Forcivo fungicide helps growers strengthen their overall disease and resistance management strategies.
“The combination of multiple active ingredients gives growers confidence that Forcivo will control even tough foliar diseases,” Eiberger says. “Additionally, the low use rate of 7 to 9 fluid ounces per acre simplifies handling and helps reduce costs, making it easier to manage across multiple acres.”
Forcivo fungicide provides both preventative and curative activity through three overlapping modes of action, offering improved protection against harmful foliar diseases.
The new fungicide is designed to support healthy crop development, protect yield potential, and drive increased revenue per acre. The three active ingredients and residual activity of up to 30 days will protect crops all the way through harvest, even from late-season, yield-robbing diseases, helping growers maximize ROI.
