TerraVue™

Herbicide

Strength when it counts to protect what matters most

TerraVue™ herbicide is proven to work harder than most other herbicides on the market today by controlling more than 140 broadleaf weeds and brush species, all while offering the industry’s most favorable environmental profile.

TerraVue is powered by Rinskor™ active, a reduced risk herbicide that won the American Chemical Society’s Green Chemistry Challenge award.

The American Chemical Society’s Green Chemistry award, given to companies or institutions that have developed a new process or product that helps protect public health and the environment, is the United States’ most prestigious award program for green chemistry innovations.

TerraVue provides a new formulation using Hybrid High-Load (HHL) Technology.

HHL technology creates a water dispersible granule with highly desirable attributes:

    1. Disperses quickly in water

    2. Mixes easily with other tank additives

    3. Does not plug nozzles

Hybrid – “composed of mixed parts”

High-load - each granual contains >75% active ingredient

Technical Specifications

  • Application Method

Ground Broadcast Application: Spray volumes greater than 10 gallons per acre generally provide better coverage and better control.

Aerial Broadcast Application: Use 2 gallons or more per acre total spray volume. 5 gallons per acre or greater will generally provide better coverage and better control, particularly in dense and/or tall foliage.

High-Volume Foliar Application: High volume foliar treatments may be applied at rates equivalent to a maximum of 2.85 oz per acre per annual growing season.

Spot Application: Spot treatments may be applied at an equivalent broadcast rate of up to 5.7 oz of TerraVue™ per acre per year; however, if area is hayed or grazed, not more than 50% of an acre may be treated at that rate.

  • Application Timing

Treat when weeds are actively growing and not stressed by drought or other condition. Increase herbicide rate within the labeled rate range as the season progresses and plants become more mature. Higher rates will produce an increase in residual.

  • Additional Information

    Total Vegetation Control:

Applications may be made by broadcast, pre-treatment or spot treatment at up to 5.7 oz/acre.

    Adjuvant Recommendations:

Non-Ionic Surfactant: 0.25% volume per volume (1 to 2 quarts per 100 gallons of spray).

Methylated Seed Oil: 1.0% volume per volume.

Blends: See labels for recommended rates.
