Our goals:

  • Evaluate and improve equity in our people processes, starting with pay and recruitment. 
  • Enhance our capabilities to create inclusive work environments and provide growth and development opportunities equitably for all talent. 
  • Grow and develop our Business Resource Groups (BRGs); increase membership and engagement by 10% across all groups. 
  • Ensure consistent two-way communication with our employees through ongoing listening sessions and other activities. 
  • Improve the employee experience as it relates to inclusion, reducing any disparities between well-represented and underrepresented groups.
