Diverse Representation

Something went wrong. Please try again later...

We are committed to achieving diverse representation throughout our organization by establishing clear goals and regularly tracking progress. Our initial focus is on women globally and specific under-represented racial/ethnic groups within the United States, and we intend to expand our scope as we progress.

Our goals:

  • Increase global female employee representation1 by 10% with a strong focus on the pipeline to senior leadership, by 2026.
  • Increase U.S. racial/ethnic minority2 representation within our U.S. employee population1 by 20%, with a strong focus on the pipeline to senior leadership, by 2026. This includes:
    • doubling our Black representation within the U.S.
    • increasing our Hispanic/LatinX representation by 20% within the U.S.
    • maintaining our strong Asian representation within the U.S.
  • Define the global strategy for identification of additional underrepresented categories by the end of 2021.
