Corteva’s ID&E journey benefits the growing society because our challenge is global in nature, and we have to think about inclusive practices and the way that we provide food security for the world.

You can infuse the language of diversity into job descriptions and candidate searches by thinking about including aspects associated with the employee experience. It starts with your word selection. What types of words are you using and how do potential candidates view those words?
